Built in 2002, Antler Creek House is located in the Pikes Peak region, whose sparkling jewel is the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is a beautiful, tastefully furnished home to be used for private single family residential purposes. It offers spacious and comfortable lodging accommodations for you and your houseguests. Antler Creek House is a great place to make your home base, then go out to explore. The Pikes Peak Region is a vacationer's paradise, with many natural wonders and points of interest to enjoy. Drive to the top of 14,110 ft Pikes Peak in your car or ride the world-famous cog-railway. Visit Santa’s North pole workshop. See the famous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Will Rogers Shrine. Stroll through fabulous Garden of the Gods. Explore mysterious Cave of the Winds. Take a walk through history in the Manitou Cliff dwellings of the native Ute Indians. Visit the US Air Force Academy. If you are visiting family or friends in the Military, the Schriever AFB and Peterson Field are within a short distance of the home. Shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away. There many things to do and enjoy in and near the Antler Creek House. Located in the Meridian Ranch Recreational Community east of Colorado Springs, you can enjoy playing golf just out your back door. The world class ANTLER CREEK GOLF CLUB is only 3 blocks away. Want a challenge? From the back tees, the links-style course plays to over 8000 yards! However, with 6 tee boxes on each hole, it caters to players of all abilities. Antler Creek Golf club has 3 lakes, 73 bunkers, wide playable fairways and driving range. The course is open year around, weather permitting. There is a Pro Shop and Restaurant open to the public on the premises. Call for your tee time and green's fees. Also only 2 blocks away from the house is the multi-purpose RECREATION CENTER managed by the YMCA. For a nominal daily fee, play and swim at the outside pool with lap lanes, water slide, and a graduated entry shallow area (open during the summer). Work out at the fitness rooms and weight training facilities and exercise equipment. Enjoy the indoor gymnasium, or play foosball, ping pong, & air hockey in the Game Room. There is even a Child watch area. Here are the sleeping arrangements (maximum of 15 people): Upper level Master Bedroom: King sleigh bed and the french doors open to a spacious 5-piece bathroom with large soaking tub (with views of the Sangre de Cristo range), shower, double sink and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: Set of bunk beds with double on the bottom (sleeps 3). Bedroom #3: Queen bed. Bedroom #4: Queen bed. The lower garden level has bedroom #5: King bed plus Queen Sleeper sofa. The Lower level home theatre room: Queen Sleeper sofa. The lower level also has hall bath with shower, wet bar, and pool table. The main level has living room, dining room, kitchen island, breakfast nook (views of Pikes Peak and the golf course!), family room with TV, and library with desk, and books and games for the entire family. The main level also has ½ bath and laundry room. From the back deck you can enjoy the majestic views of Pikes Peak, watch the golfers chipping and putting on the 6th green, or your enjoy your own family members and house guests playing on your own putting green in the back yard. Others of your family and friends can be downstairs in the entertainment room playing pool, watching a movie in the home theater (or the second theater in the family room), or playing a table game. Bring your favorite CD for listening enjoyment over the house audio system. Antler Creek House is fully air-conditioned, has a 3-car garage, and is wired with free wireless hi-speed internet access.
